Early educators know all too well the feeling of burnout. The Texas Infant Toddler Specialist Network now offers in-person workshops on Cultivating Awareness and Resilience in Education (CARE). CARE is a research-based professional development program that promotes early childhood professionals’ social and emotional skills and well-being. CARE aims to mitigate the adverse impacts of stress and burnout on early childhood education (ECE) professionals’ well-being, thereby enhancing their capacity to create a positive classroom climate for children’s learning and development. Join us at our next workshop, where we will navigate you through a relaxing training session where we will focus on your well-being and enhance your capacity!
