Are you a teacher who works primarily with infants or toddlers? Increase your knowledge, improve your skills, and get access to valuable tools and resources as you participate in self-instructed courses, webinars, and PLCs. Talk to your center director now so they can get your center onboarded into the program!
New teachers will begin the program by participating in webinars, online self-paced courses, and PLCs based on the Infant, Toddler, and Three-Year-Old Early Learning Guidelines. Once those have been completed, you will earn a tablet incentive and then get to choose from a variety of other PLC topics as you participate in one-hour live, online PLCs each month. Each PLC includes prerequisite self-paced courses and/or webinars related to the different PLC topics, so you are sure to gain a wealth of knowledge around each topic that you can take back to the classroom.
Does your Early Childhood Center have at least one infant or toddler classroom? Are you committed to supporting participating infant and toddler teachers to actively engage in professional development? If so, we are excited for your program to join the ITSN Teacher Program and continue supporting quality improvement in your infant and toddler classrooms!
Directors, your teachers need you to take the initial steps to add your center to the program before they are able to participate. Don’t worry, one of our team members will walk you through the onboarding process first and then help your teachers get started.

We are happy to welcome back teachers who participated in PLCs in year one so they can continue on their journey of professional growth! Returning teachers will be able to take new topic PLCs, participate in individualized coaching, and take their development to the next level by joining Collaborative PLCs, where they will get to submit videos in order to reflect and receive feedback on their work and set goals for continuous improvement.
If you are a teacher who has already signed up to be a part of the ITSN, check out our upcoming training opportunities on our Teacher Training Calendar.
