Are you a teacher who works primarily with infants or toddlers? Increase your knowledge, improve your skills, and get access to valuable tools and resources as you participate in our Teacher Program! Our self-instructed online courses, recorded and live webinars, and small group professional learning communities (PLCs) will give you everything you need to be the most qualified teacher in your area. Courses are online, and live trainings are all virtual, so as long as you have access to a device and internet, you will be able to join us. There are benefits for individual teachers, but even more benefits when a center joins, so talk to your center director (and your colleagues!) now so everyone can join this highly beneficial program!
Our new model allows flexibility in selecting the training options that best fit your schedule and current path. Choose from over 25 topics covering the developmental domains, teaching strategies, infant and toddler activities, and other resources to support you. When you join, you and/or your director will work with us to identify topics of interest and get you started with a training plan.
Teachers who want to work toward earning incentives, will begin with gaining and refreshing knowledge through courses and/or webinars, before joining PLCs to dive deeper into topics. PLCs will reflect on learning and current practice, plus give you a plan for how to implement new strategies and activities. Through this progression you will gain a wealth of knowledge that you can take back to the classroom.
