Mental Health Workshop

WHO – Infant-Toddler Teachers and Directors in Harris County
Participants must attend all 3 days. Eligible Harris County providers can receive an incentive for attending.
Early educators know all too well the feeling of burnout. The Texas Infant Toddler Specialist Network now offers in-person workshops on Cultivating Awareness and Resilience in Education (CARE), which can be caused by chronic emotional stress and mental exhaustion. CARE is a research-based professional development program that promotes early childhood professionals’ social and emotional skills and well-being. CARE aims to mitigate the adverse impacts of stress and burnout, thereby enhancing their capacity to create a positive classroom climate for children’s learning and development.
Participants will receive a confirmation with the training address after registration is received.
