Are you a teacher who works primarily with infants or toddlers? Increase your knowledge, improve your skills, and get access to valuable tools and resources as you participate in our Teacher Program! Our self-instructed online courses, recorded and live webinars, and small group professional learning communities (PLCs) will give you everything you need to be the most qualified teacher in your area. Courses are online, and live trainings are all virtual, so you can join us as long as you can access a device and the internet. There are benefits for individual teachers, but even more when a center joins, so talk to your center director (and your colleagues!) now so everyone can join this highly beneficial program!
Our new model allows flexibility in selecting the training options that best fit your schedule and current path. Choose from over 25 topics covering the developmental domains, teaching strategies, infant and toddler activities, and other resources to support you. When you join, you and your director will work with us to identify topics of interest and get you started with a training plan.
Teachers who want to work toward earning incentives will begin by gaining and refreshing knowledge through courses and/or webinars before joining PLCs to dive deeper into topics. PLCs will reflect on learning and current practice and give you a plan for implementing new strategies and activities. Through this progression, you will gain a wealth of knowledge to take back to the classroom.
If you have questions on specific PLCs, you can review descriptions, strategies, and any other explanation on our Teacher PLC Training Descriptions page.
