These resources are to be used by Certified ITSN Members only. The guidelines will help Certified Members to use our brand assets to promote their ITSN trainings and to recognize their qualifications as Texas ITSN Certified Members.

Logo

(Right-click to download)

Please Do

- Only use this logo when conducting a training on behalf of the Texas ITSN.
- Only use the logo on white or neutral color background.
- When using the logo, ensure breathing room or “safe space” around all sides.
- Keep the logo properly aligned.
- Use the logo with our approved color palette (below)

Please Don’t

- Create any alternate formats, like removing or moving the icon. The logo must include our icon.
- Use the logo on same page more than once.
- Shrink the logo to smaller than 1” wide.
- Place the logo over photography or other busy backgrounds.
- Use the logo to say you are employed by the Texas ITSN.

Photo Library

Using authentic images adds energy to your presentations and materials, but please ensure you have permission to use any photographs, images, or video. You may need to collect media/photo releases before taking photos or filming, especially in classrooms. Use the images below as a guide when searching.

Branded Materials

The ITSN website features many resources for infant and toddler specialists to use in their practice. You are welcome to download these materials, share them with your networks, and incorporate them into your services. Still, please ensure that materials are not edited and proper copyrights and attributions are maintained.

ITSN Certified Members

Congratulations to our ITSN Certified Members who have completed the steps to deliver trainings on behalf of ITSN. As a reminder, each of your ITSN training events needs to be created in the Texas Early Childhood Professional Development System (TECPDS) by an ITSN staff member for you to gain access to the ITSN training content. You need to submit training events before we can add them to TECPDS. View our how-to guide and learn more about submitting trainings on TECPDS.

You have been working hard to earn this certification, and we all need to work together to maintain the integrity of ITSN documents and the fidelity of the ITSN program.

Please Do

Access and deliver the content from the Texas ITSN on TECPDS if you are a Certified ITSN Program Member delivering training on behalf of the Texas ITSN.
Use ITSN training materials you have been approved to train on by completing PLCs, CLI Engage courses, and webinars only.
Use ITSN training materials that have been assigned to you and that you have accessed through your TECPDS account.
Generate certificates on TECPDS for the ITSN trainings you deliver and send to participants.

Please Don’t

Share ITSN electronic or printed materials with anyone inside or outside your agency/work organization, as they are the sole property of the Children’s Learning Institute at UTHealth Houston.
Make modifications to the electronic or printed materials without prior approval.
