Relationship-Based Care Online Training Series in English and Spanish for Infant and Toddler Teachers and Administrators
Infant and Toddler teachers and administrators are invited to participate in an exciting new online training series on relationship-based care. This series provides rationale and guidance for implementing relationship-based care in family child care homes and centers serving infants, toddlers, and their families. The content is based on the understanding that relationships are essential for healthy development. Responsive, nurturing relationships with caring adults provide safety and support for infants and toddlers to develop a sense of security and discover the world around them. Sessions will be offered virtually throughout the day in English and Spanish. If interested, please register for sessions on the Teacher Training Calendar. Sessions included in this series will consist of Relationship-based Care, as stated in the title.

To earn a gift card:
- Participants must be an infant or toddler teacher, child care director, or family child care provider that serve infants and toddlers.
- Participants must complete the Introduction to Relationship-Based Care session (1.5 hrs.) and two additional Relationship-Based Care sessions of their choice (1 hr. each) for a total of 3.5 training hours.
- Participants must complete the three sessions by August 1, 2024.
- Participants must have their cameras on and participate in the sessions.
The sessions will be offered on the Teacher Training Calendar starting April 2024.
